FAQ
The questions I get on every call.
If we're going to work together, you'll probably ask most of these on our intro call. Here they are answered honestly, in the same words I'd use on the phone.
Why do you cap at seven clients?
Because that's the number where the founder can stay on every account and the work still ships weekly. Past seven, I'd have to hire, and the moment I hire, you're paying for a junior's mistakes instead of my senior work. The cap is the entire product.
Do you subcontract or use offshore teams?
No. I do the work. If I ever bring on a specialist for something outside my wheelhouse (rare, and usually a specific technical build), you'll know their name and see them on the call. There's no offshore team, no junior queue, no white-labeled anything.
What if the founder gets sick or takes a vacation?
Everything is documented in real time. Client accounts, ad pixels, GBP logins, project docs live in shared folders you own. If I'm out for a week, the work pauses on my end; nothing about your business breaks. Recurring campaigns keep running. This has never been an issue at seven clients.
How do you actually compare to a bigger agency?
Bigger agencies have more headcount, so they can run more campaigns in parallel and spread risk across specialists. What they can't do is have the person who scoped the strategy also write the ad copy, build the landing page, and answer your Slack message. At my client cap, the same brain touches every part of your account. That's the tradeoff.
Can I see the actual person who'll do my work?
Yes. It's me, Sammy Sucu. Founder, only strategist, only implementer. My headshot is on the About page and my phone number is on the Contact page. Book a call and we'll be on Zoom together the same week.
What's your minimum commitment?
Month to month. No 12-month contracts, no 6-month minimums. I ask for 90 days to prove the work is producing results. After that, if it's not working, you leave. That's the accountability structure.
Do I own my ad accounts, website, and Google Business Profile?
Yes, always. Your accounts stay in your name. I get admin or delegated access to run the work. If we ever part ways, you keep everything: the accounts, the pixels, the site, the GBP, the historical data. Nothing is held hostage.
What tools do you use, and do I have to pay for them?
Standard stack: Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, Search Console, GBP, Ahrefs or Semrush for SEO research, Calendly for booking. If your project needs a paid tool (Shopify, a CRM, a specific analytics platform), that's on your account and your bill. I don't mark up software.
How do you report on results?
Custom monthly review tied to leads, calls, and bookings, not vanity metrics. I care about tracked conversions and revenue. If you're a service business, we tie campaigns to booked appointments. If you're ecom, we tie to purchases. Screenshots of ranking tools don't pay the bills.
How fast can I start?
Onboarding call within a week. Foundation work usually kicks off in the first 5 to 7 days: audit, GBP fixes, quick-win technical SEO. Growth (paid media) launches in week 2 to 3 after we finalize creative and tracking. Full-service (rebuild) is quoted at kickoff with a real launch date.
Do you work with businesses outside Los Angeles?
Yes. Most of my clients are in Los Angeles County and Southern California because that's where the local SEO expertise is deepest. I've worked with businesses across the US and the model works anywhere. The founder access and senior-level work don't change based on your zip code.
What kinds of businesses do you say no to?
Anyone selling something I don't believe in, anyone who wants me to help them lie in ads or on their site, and anyone whose primary complaint about their last agency is 'they wouldn't do what I told them to.' I'm hired to have opinions. If you want an order-taker, we're not a fit.
Still have a question?
Book a call. If you email in advance, I'll come in with an answer ready.
