Lifespan CFPS

A psychology practice serving the Conejo Valley, San Fernando Valley and Westside, rebuilt off Wix onto a static Netlify deployment. The site runs as two connected surfaces - the main clinic site and an Access surface for intake - across a 33-city footprint, with pricing and insurance framing handled as a conversion problem and clinical language governed rather than improvised.

The brief

Wix was the ceiling. A clinic with multiple service lines, insurance questions and a wide catchment area needs more pages, faster pages, and tighter control over how clinical claims are worded than a drag-and-drop builder allows.

What we built

• A static rebuild deployed on Netlify - fast, cheap to host, and stable under the page count a 33-city footprint requires.
• A two-surface architecture: the main clinic site for care-seeking families, and an Access surface for the intake and eligibility path, so neither audience has to wade through the other's content.
• Local pages built to the clinic's real service geography across the Conejo Valley, San Fernando Valley and Westside.
• Pricing and insurance treated as CRO, not fine print - verification, out-of-network and self-pay questions answered before the visitor has to ask.
• Clinical content governance: a standing rule set for what the site can and cannot claim about outcomes, diagnosis and treatment.
