Los Angeles · Boutique growth studio · Founder-led

We build the pages, the spine and the ad account behind real growth.

The DREAM Agency is a Los Angeles growth studio for founder-led businesses. We architect SEO footprints, build the static sites they live on, and run the paid media that sits on top - for a maximum of seven clients at a time.

Capabilities, tied to evidence

Every capability below links to the engagement where you can see it working. If we can't point at the proof, we don't list the service.

  • 01

    Growth strategy

Before anything ships, we decide what the site is for and which searches, audiences and actions matter. Most engagements start by cutting scope, not adding it.

Proof From invisible to #1 for landlord-tenant attorney queries - Baghikian Law

  • 02

    SEO architecture

City pages, service pages, subtype clusters, canonical hygiene and sitemaps built as a system - so page one hundred costs the same to publish as page ten.

Proof 379-URL sitemap after a 100-page city and 180-page subtype expansion - Noble Attorneys

  • 03

    Paid media

Google Ads and Meta run with the intent separation the organic work already established. Spend is documented, tests are written down, and the client can read the account.

Proof Landlord and tenant campaigns kept structurally separate - Baghikian Law

  • 04

    Content & creative ops

Editorial calendars, clinical and legal content governance, review funnels and the production cadence that keeps a channel fed after launch week.

Proof Governed clinical content standard across a two-surface clinic site - Lifespan CFPS

  • 05

    Web development

Static, fast, hand-built. Netlify deployments, migrations off Wix and Squarespace with URL equity preserved, and performance treated as a conversion lever.

Proof Mobile performance from 65 to 100 across a 344-URL local footprint - Perry's Quality Auto

  • 06

    E-commerce growth

Shopify storefronts, organic growth lanes and owned-audience marketing run by people who have carried their own inventory, margin and CAC.

Proof $2K/mo to $40K/mo in sales on an organic Search Console lane - Metal Crafted Jewelry

The operator behind it

We learned this running our own brand, not reading about it.

Before The DREAM Agency existed, our founder built and ran No Sad Days - a mental-health streetwear label that has done $704,868.80 in Shopify sales across 10,224 orders in the past twelve months, and $898K+ across 12,709 orders lifetime. Shopify merchandising, Meta buying, Klaviyo lifecycle, creative operations, inventory, returns, CAC. All of it, on his own money.

That is why the work here looks the way it does. Operators don't buy vanity dashboards. They buy pages that rank, sites that load, ad accounts they can read, and a weekly cadence they can plan around.

Most agencies sell hype. We'd rather show you the sitemap.

Today the studio is deliberately small. Seven clients maximum, founder on every account, and a bias toward architecture over noise - because the compounding assets are the ones nobody can outspend you on later.

What clients say

Quoted as given. We keep client claims visibly separate from the implementation numbers we report ourselves.

  • “We used another firm before hiring Sammy's team. They promised us a lot and then stopped answering our calls once their fee was paid. After 3 months with The Dream Agency we started ranking for all local searches for our clinic. We've been working together for 2.5 years and continue to grow month to month.”
Edmon Artinyan, Psy.D.Lifespan CFPS - psychology practice, Los Angeles
  • “Once we launched Clutch, we needed someone aggressive in the market to help us grow in the gaming chair industry. Sammy and his team helped us create viral moments with the top YouTuber in the world and become a profitable seven-figure brand in less than 14 months.”
Neil Saunders, CEOClutch Chairz - gaming furniture
  • “In 1 year we launched a successful law firm all thanks to the marketing and web development efforts of Sammy and his team. We are getting consistent calls per month and have over 10 new cases signed every 6 weeks.”
Michael Chakrian, Esq.Law firm, Los Angeles

These are client statements, quoted as given. We publish them as testimonials - not as agency-audited metrics - and we keep them separate from the implementation numbers in each case study, which are ours to stand behind.

Questions we get asked

What is AI SEO or generative engine optimization?

AI SEO, also called generative engine optimization or GEO, is the practice of making a website easy for search engines and AI answer systems to crawl, understand, trust and cite. It combines technical SEO, clear entity information, structured data, direct answers, original evidence and consistent third-party business information.

Does GEO replace traditional SEO?

No. GEO depends on the same foundation as strong SEO: crawlable pages, useful text, internal links, accurate structured data, original information and established authority. The added focus is making facts and answers clear enough to retrieve and cite.

How selective are you, really?

We cap at seven clients at a time. That is not scarcity marketing - it is the number at which the founder can stay on every account and the work still ships weekly. When we are full, we say so.

Who actually does the work?

The founder is on your account, not a junior handing off to a queue. The same people who scope the strategy write the pages, build the site and read the ad account.

What does an engagement look like?

A discovery call, then a scoped plan: what gets built, in what order, and what we expect it to do. Most engagements start with architecture - the site or the SEO spine - because media spend on a weak foundation is expensive tuition.

Do you take one-off projects?

Case by case. Launches and rebuilds work as projects. SEO and paid media compound, so those work best retained - and that is where our best results come from.

Why don't you publish revenue numbers on every case study?

Because most of them are not ours to publish, and unaudited numbers are how agencies get away with saying nothing. We publish implementation facts - page counts, sitemap sizes, performance scores, architecture - and we clearly label client testimonials as claims made by clients.

Is there a trick to ranking first on Google?

No. Anyone who tells you otherwise is selling you something. Authority is built by publishing the right pages, consistently, for longer than your competitor is willing to.
